Ethan Pearl is a designer and workplace expert residing in Seattle, Washington. As Pacific Northwest native, he draws inspiration from the natural patterns and processes observed while hiking, camping, and climbing across Washington. These observations have led him to a simple conclusion: nature meets its own needs. Ethan’s biomimetic approach aims to solve complex problems with clean and simple product solutions driven by beauty, technical acuity, and empathy. Curiosity about people, about what makes their work fulfilling, and a desire to help them realize their potential supported by design is at the core of this work.
